Hikone castle

In the early Edo period, it was a castle located as a base of Ii family in Hikone city, Shiga Prefecture.

It was the castle of the Ii family who was the Daimyo.

It is one of five castles that became national treasure.

The red armor is the one the samurai general wore at the time of war.
